How to use ?

1st - Depends of Firmware version 

The compatibles firmware are the following:

- 1.0.0 --> Use Nereba (To hack 1.0.0, you need a game named  "JP Puyo Puyo Tetris")

- 2.0.0 --> Use Caffein

- 3.0.0 --> Use Caffein

- 4.0.0 --> Use HBL (nvcore offsets are missing for this version)

- 4.0.1 --> Use Caffein

- 4.1.0 --> Use Caffein

Others are not compatible

2nd - How to setup

Just before setup the exploit, you must have a bootloader and Atmosphère CWF in your sd card, we highly recommand you to download our custom CFW Pack "TF-OS" from github:

https://github.com/team-failure/tf-os

Just download the last release and extract the files at the root of your sd card

We can now setup the exploit.

Nereba:

Download the latest release from:https://github.com/pixel-stuck/nereba/releases/tag/v0.1

Next, at the root of your sd card, create a folder named "nereba" and place the hekate or TF-PrismaLoader bin inside and rename it "nereba.bin", after this create a new folder named "pegascape" at the sd card root and put nereba.nsp on it, you also have to copy nereba.nsp to the root of the sd card. You also need FakeNews Injector from: https://github.com/noahc3/fakenews-injector/releases/ and put the nro file to the "switch" folder on the root of the sd card.

Caffein:

Download the latest release from: https://github.com/AtlasNX/caffeine/releases

Next, at the root of your sd card create a new folder named "pegascape" and put caffein.nsp on it. After that, download nereba.nsp at from: https://github.com/pixel-stuck/nereba/releases/tag/v0.1 and copy nereba.nsp to the sd card root. You also need FakeNews Injector from: https://github.com/noahc3/fakenews-injector/releases/

and put the nro file to the "switch" folder on the root of the sd card.

HBL:

You need FakeNews Injector from: https://github.com/noahc3/fakenews-injector/releases/ and put the nro file to the "switch" folder on the root of the sd card.

3rd - Launch exploit

For nereba users (1.0.0):

  1. Go to internet setting and put DNS from "Auto" to "Manual", and set Primary DNS to "45.55.142.122" and Secondary DNS to "141.148.246.60".

  2. Launch the game "JP Puyo Puyo Tetris", when you're in menu press "A", "R" and "A" again, now hit "お問い合わせ先" then hit the SEGA logo.

You will now be in the Switchbru DNS Menu

 3. Search for this website on google with "Team Failure hacks webador" or by typing the url on the section for, and go to this page. (ACCEUIL>Nintendo Switch Hacks> Pegascape)

 4. You will now see the two images on the top of the page, for 1.0.0 we must use the applet mode PegaScape so click on the first image with "Applet Mode" written on the top left corner (The text "Europe (Amsterdam, Netherland)" only seems that the VPS Server is hosted on Europe at Amsterdam on Netherland, it's just for your mind and can indicate a possible ping if you're on USA or Asia for exemple. That's the same for the 2nd image)

 5. Now, you're on pegascape page, you will see differents icons, click on the hbmenu icon, when the exploit is completed, go to the home menu and go to the album applet, you will be in the homebrews menu

 6. You will now have to launch the software named "FakeNews Injector" and click on "+" to restart when finished.

 7. Go to the News applet and click the News with the "Re-Switched" logo and load the video to launch pegascape (if you're in the Switchbru DNS page, just go to this site again and click the image again)

 8. Now, you're again in the pegascape page, click on nereba.

 9. You will now restart in the hekate menu, go to emuMMC menu and create a new emuMMC (SD File emuMMC)

 10. Now launch the emuMMC, you're done with the hack !

For Caffein users (2.0.0, 3.0.0, 4.0.1, 4.1.0)

 1. Go to internet setting and put DNS from "Auto" to "Manual", and set Primary DNS to "45.55.142.122" and Secondary DNS to "162.252.81.54".

 2. Do a connection test and when the error shows hit "Continue" 

 3. Search for this website on google with "Team Failure hacks webador" or by typing the url on the section for, and go to this page. (ACCEUIL>Nintendo Switch Hacks> Pegascape)

 4. You will now see the two images on the top of the page, for 2.0.0, 3.0.0, 4.0.1 and 4.1.0 we must use the WI-FI Auth Methode PegaScape so click on the seconde image with "WI-FI AUTH METHOD" written on the top left corner (The text "North America (Florida, USA)" only seems that the VPS Server is hosted on North America at in Florida, it's just for your mind and can indicate a possible ping if you're on Europe or Asia for exemple. That's the same for the 1st image)

 5. Now, you're on pegascape page, you will see differents icons, click on the hbmenu icon, when the exploit is completed, go to the home menu and go to the album applet, you will be in the homebrews menu

 1. Go to internet setting and put DNS from "Auto" to "Manual", and set Primary DNS to "45.55.142.122" and Secondary DNS to "162.252.81.54".

 2. Do a connection test and when the error shows hit "Continue"

4th - Update the emuMMC

Note: Don't worry about efuses, they will don't burn with Daybreak

To update the emuMMC firmware, go to: https://github.com/THZoria/NX_Firmware/releases

You have to choose a recent version (at least 16.0.0)(maximum 19.0.0 limited by Atmosphère) to be compatible with all recent games like TOTK for exemple. After download the zip,create a folder named "Firmware X.X.X" and extract the whole content of the zip into this folder. Now, re-boot in your emuMMC and go to the homebrew menu and open "Daybreak", choose the folder with the update inside and confirm the update. Wait the end and restart the emuMMC, you're now done !
